Purchased a lock a week back and while technincian installing a lock we suggested him to don’t left the wire open we will provide you with a pipe hat cover the wire but he said I can’t do this an we don’t have the authority , called the executive to resolve the same and she was like we can’t do this, Now the concern is we are providing the material to cover the wire but still they can’t do it. strange. Then while having discussion for a free connection we told them to give connection and while I was busy with some other work technician installed the lock without free connection and left. When I called them why the free connection not been installled they gave this reason that you guys denied, in India anything that is free we avail that and the executive with the rude and illiterate tone told me that you said that you don’t want. Now they want me to pay another 500 for free connection, what a professional company🙏 No number is working and they do t even answer your call. Suggestion- kindly recruit some eligible and sensible executive who can take call and resolve the problems
